All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by us.

 

3. Booking and Payment

  • Customers must provide accurate details when booking services.

  • A deposit may be required to confirm certain bookings, such as weddings or special events.

  • Final payment is due on or before the date of service, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if payment terms are not met.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows are subject to full charge.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must treat vehicles and drivers with respect.

  • Any damage caused by the customer or their guests may result in charges for repair or cleaning.

  • No smoking or illegal substances are permitted in our vehicles.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable and timely service, we are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or mechanical issues.

Under no circumstances shall Q&R Luxury Transportation be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
