Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Q&R Luxury Transportation, we take pride in delivering professional and reliable luxury transportation services. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be granted for our services.

 

2. Cancellation Refunds

  • More than 24 hours before scheduled pickup:

    • Customers who cancel their reservation more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of any deposit or prepayment.

  • Within 24 hours of scheduled pickup:

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost.

  • No-Shows:

    • If a customer fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice (“no-show”), the full amount of the booking will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

 

3. Refunds for Service Issues

If you believe the service provided did not meet reasonable expectations due to circumstances under our control (e.g. driver conduct, vehicle condition), please contact us within 48 hours of your completed ride. We will investigate and, at our discretion, may issue a partial or full refund depending on the situation.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Special event bookings (e.g. weddings, proms) may require a non-refundable deposit, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

  • Additional charges for damages, cleaning fees, or excessive wait times are non-refundable.

 

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at qnrtransport@proton.me

  • Include:

    • Full name

    • Date of service

    • Pickup and drop-off details

    • Reason for your refund request

We will respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

 

6. Changes to This Policy

Q&R Luxury Transportation reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
